Poinsettia tag

Hi there, how are you doing?

I’m popping by today to share my tag in a few challenges.

Tag-along and ATC’s was the initial inspiration, under the “anything goes” option.

It’s a large Crafty Roo stamp, approximately 4 x 3 1/2”
which I heat embossed in gold onto some old SU papers, and fussy cut.
I added some ink with blend pens but I’m not sure about it…..what do you think
with or without 🤔?

I added sequins and ribbon, so will enter it into Just Add Ink #782

Below are the snippets I used, and the stamp sets I was lucky to win at the
Snippets Playground challenge,  #528 so I’ll be taking this tag to the playground too 😃

I’m hoping to pop by later with another project…..

meantime, I hope you have a relaxing day.

Thanks for taking the time to visit, and I really appreciate your comments

Take care and see you soon

Lesley

  1. This is indeed a super sized stamp and what a great idea to stamp it onto patterned papers and then fussy cutting. Not too easy to tell from the pics on screen but I think I prefer it without the ink blending. Congratulations on the lucky win.

  2. It's a lovely tag and I think both versions look great. Good idea to stamp onto patterned paper, I have a poinsettia I don't like colouring - so that will be my next use of it! Thanks so much for joining us at Tag-along and (ATCs).

  4. Hi Lesley - great festive tag and lovely to see you enjoying your Playground prize. I think the ink blending gives more definition, so I prefer it - although in truth both poinsettias look lovely.

  5. Beautiful Poinsettia with the hints of gold and looks really good stamped onto DP, like Lynn will remember as not a colourist. So pleased you shared at Tag-Along (and ATC's) challenge, many thanks for joining us.
