Tag along

Hello again, today I’m sharing a tag I made using Yuletide Village from SU.

I bought it late last year, so I wanted to use it for a lot of my Christmas cards and tags this year.

I sometimes buy a set for the following year so I can get a head start,

and we all know how nice it is to play with something new.

I stamped the houses, then masked them to add “snow”.
Coloured them in with Blend pens, added wink of Stella to the white snow areas.
I then tied some ribbons and twine through the hole,
adding a die cut piece of silver foiled paper to the die cut tag.
(Old tag die, can’t remember the name)
It’s quite a large tag that is good for large or family gifts.

using the Anything goes option, but I hope to return with a themed one soon 😃, based on tea or gin!

Thanks for taking the time to visit, and I really appreciate your comments

Take care and see you soon

Lesley

  1. You are right it is nice to have new goodies to play with and getting a head start like this is good thinking. Loving these houses with the cheery lights in the windows and snow on the roof.

  2. Good thinking getting ahead Lesley, I'm much the same and then just have the last few social ones to make. Love your quirky houses which would build into a whole village on a larger project.

Lovely to see you at Tag-Along (and ATC's), many thanks. Looking forward to seeing if Gin wins over Tea!
