Fallen seagull oops!

I’ve been making beach scenes recently, having acquired two lovely sets from SU and Inkylicious.

Unfortunately whilst I wasn’t looking my seagull fell off his perch 😂….

I did put him back, perched on the deckchair before I posted it 😃

So, how often do you see “mishaps” when you photograph your creation?

I’m in a place with cra’b’ internet, so apologies for struggling to comment, but rest assured I’m trying!

Simple Sunrise

Hello crafty peeps, today’s card is

inspired by Mikaela Titheridge of the craftyoinkpen.co.uk HERE

Using Sunrise Sailing set from SU.

With the aid of some scrap paper masks, simple ink blending,
a bit of stamping and some die cut boats….
I used a white pen to highlight the ripples, and wish I hadn’t 😂.

Rusty Garden tools

Hello, how’s your week been?

I made this for a friend who’s an avid gardener, who helps with the local Horticultural societies,

among many other things. She is an amazing woman who helps lots of people and charities.

I bought this wooden stamp recently from a friend, as I thought it would be good for male or female.
I’ve always loved how Kim Fee colours in, particularly her “rusty” looks,
so here I made the tools look well loved.

Cute dragon and butterfly

A dear friend of mine lost her Sister recently. She was an avid crafter, as is my friend,

who was tasked with sorting out her craft supplies.

Amongst them were some of these stamped images, which my friend kindly gave me.

They must be from a very old stamp, currently undiscovered….

(I’m a big fan of dragons as you can see at the end of this post.)

This card is in memory of my friend’s sister…

I coloured with Stampin’ Blends, adding some dotty texture,
and highlights with a posca white pen.
I backed it with some old SU paper, nice and bright, fitting for a great niece's card.

with the teeny butterfly, (although there’s an “anything goes “ theme too).

Allsorts Challenge 830 “B” for butterfly

We love stamping August,  anything goes option

Here’s some of my collection, in our bathroom!

The quirky ones were hand made by a lovely lady who had a stall at

Penshurst Craft Fair many moons ago 😍

Have a great day
