So many Rainbows….

Happy days…..when the sun actually shines!

I am considering getting a wet suit 🙄

I’d enjoyed making some rainbows from a Gummiapan die,

along with a couple of their backgrounds….

you may remember the wonky frames…

I experimented a bit with clouds and a sun…

Then I saw someone make a complete version, using the waste pieces,
so with true grit and determination I managed to work it out.
People don’t realise the blood sweat and tears that go into making their cards! 😂

Anyway, this is my favourite, and I’m ashamed to share my mountain of snippets…

so I’d better take this to the Snippets Playground, #474
because I know they’ll understand and empathise 😃🤪🤭

Have a good week

Lesley

  1. Oh we do, we DO understand and empathise with you Lesley! It was worth all the effort though as it's a lovely card.

Thanks for entering a piece of homework to the Snippets Playground. See you up in the treehouse for a mug of hot chocolate later. xxx

  2. You've had a great time playing with these dies and come up with some brilliant rainbow scenes - and a 'few' spare die cuts for even more lovely cards 🤣. The largest of those dies (with the heart on top) always makes me think of a slice of toast - weird sense of humour here!!!

  4. Hi Lesley,
oh these are fabulous ways to use up snippets.
The colours are very pretty as with a real rainbow.
Found any pots of gold at the end of your rainbows. lol
You have many more cut out to use too.
You are right non crafters don't understand the effort and time put into our hobbies and expect things for peanuts.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

  6. Wonderful cards Lesley - you've been a busy little bee! A great selection and tons of snippets used too. I did grin at Val's comment about the die that reminds her of a slice of bread.

    Hugs

  7. All of these great cards will add sunshine to quite a few lives. Those rainbows are too cute and each version has it's own great look using so many of your snippets. Still giggling over you considering buying a wetsuit. I never thought of that but it's a great idea with all this rainy weather we've had lately LOL

  9. Just lovely Lesley and a real lift for a grim grey day. Although today is beautiful blue skies and sunshine here but OH and I ruined the day by trying to sort out the garage lol! Sending hugs, Vicky xxx
