Bookmark Valentine

 Happy share the love day!

I’m not a lover of the commercial side of Valentine’s Day,

plus it can be very hard for people who have lost their partner,

but I do like that it’s become more of a day to share our love and appreciation of friends and family.

Today I’m sharing a simple bookmark made with some very old Stampin’ Up! Sets.

You may be wondering why isn’t it pink and red?

I like things to be practical, and my beloved will more likely use it

if it’s his favourite football team colours, Chelsea.!

So have a good day wherever you are and whatever you do,

lots of love to you all!

I’m now going to enter this into the

Tag-along and ATC’s, challenge (anything goes, bookmark)

Thanks for taking the time to visit, and I really appreciate your comments

Take care and see you soon

Lesley

  2. Your bookmark looks fabulous- love the Chelsea colours! I totally agree about Valentine's Day- far too commercialised, it used to be fun when I was young, wondering if you would receive any cards from 'secret admirers' - all that seems to be lost now...

  3. Oh dear me Lesley, but at least they have a new manager who will hopefully mix it up a bit, but not too much before we host them on 9th May!!

So fully appreciate where you are coming from with your tag and love the contrasts of blue and yellow. Asm always appreciate your support at Tag-Along (and ATC's) challenge, thank you.

  4. Brilliant idea for a bookmark and as you say more likely to use it than a pink/red one-great thinking.
