Enjoy.....a double z fold....

Hello everyone,
well that was another week that whooooooshed by,
where I've not blogged, or even made anything arrrrggghhh.
"Same here" I hear you cry!!!!??????

Not to worry though!
I've got some previously-made cards to share,
as July was such a busy busy month!

First up......one for Ros.
She makes awesome cards, so I always feel the pressure.....
completely self-inflicted obviously,
because like the rest of us,
we appreciate anything hand made for us
don't we????

Here's my Pop of Pink make
and below the mechanics of the double z-fold card

I have been everso busy in the garden,
have a pile of ironing from our week away around Oxford,
a house that needs cleaning.....as do the windows,
not to mention the overflowing In-Tray of paperwork!
Oh well, life's too short to worry about the little things!

I hope you had a good week
and a good weekend
and may your week ahead be awesome!
lots of love
Lesley

  2. . . . and BREATHE!

Cor you've been busy and still ARE by the sounds of things. I hope you get the change to have a nice cup of coffee in your beautiful garden in the sunshine today. Then back to the grindstone!

Beautiful card for Ros and I'm sure she will have loved it. I know what you mean about the self-inflicted pressure of making cards for fellow card makers, but you're right about appreciating ANYTHING handmade, so we should give ourselves a break don't you think?

  4. I saw the title of your post and thought, "Aren't you being excessive with TWO Zs." Then I remember that is what this technique is called. LOL! Here I thought you somehow strung two of these together. The mechanics were already boggling my mind before I even read further. It's Monday... much too early in the week for all that thinking. I love these colors, now that's worth thinking about.
