Studio Light Tree

I decided to get my old collection of embossing powders out….I’d forgotten how many 😂.

The Studio Light Tree I shared recently was a candidate for some quick cards….

I used different coloured powders,

and layered them with sparkly card and papers.
This one is a lovely glittery vellum

It’s been a good way to get my Christmas card stash off to a good start!

I hope you have a good day

Lesley

  1. I still consider heat embossing to be one of the wonders of card making. It’s such fun to see the transformation each time.

This is a lovely set of Christmas cards. Looks like you enjoyed yourself - and got a head start on your needs for later this year xxx

  2. A great collection of cards ready for later in the year. I dread to think of how many embossing powders I have - not counting but it is LOTS😊. Maybe they deserve being brought out for a play.

  3. Hi Lesley

A great stamp for embossing - your finished cards look great!

Have to admit there a few very weird colours in my embossing powder collection .. .. I am tempted to mix a few of them together to see if I can create something more interesting. LOL!!!

Many thanks for your lovely comment on my blog.

Hope you have had a good weekend.

    Love Jules xx

  4. I agree with Sarn that embossing is one of the most amazing sights in crafting - so why can I rarely be bothered?! I love that you could be bothered and that you have created a whole gorgeous set of cards using that amazing tree. Sending hugs as we go through some more grey days, Vicky xxx
