Merry & Bright

It's not often I post this often on my blog.
It will all change when I can get out in the garden I suspect.

I have had a very productive day however,
and so there's just enough time for me to enter another challenge eeek!

My beloved decorated our lounge,
so I spent today cleaning the house, and all the nik naks,
and the windows, pictures, doing the washing,
loading the bread machine......
gosh I might need a lie down later!

Don't worry....domestic goddess I am NOT,
it's just that the sun was shining, and spurred me on!

Anyhoo, back to the job in hand....
colour challenge of white, silver and grey...

I just had to use one of my new Sarntangles

Stamped in grey, added a shadow all round
with the grey of the pencils my beloved bought me for christmas,
added some clear wink of stella (you might have to trust me on that one),
the greeting is in grey too, from Stampin' Up!'s Good Greetings,
and the stars are from their brushed silver card,
and one of their itty bitty star punches fits the image EXACTLY!

I thought this would be a good one for the guys,
simple and not too blingy!

Sorry about the poor pic....photography not my strong point,
in fact, almost as good as my housekeeping!
Well, there's always crafting to do isn't there!

  5. You sound like a girl after my own heart. I shall be out in the garden all hours just as soon as it warms up enough for my nose not to be frozen every time I stick it outside the back door for longer than 2 nano seconds.
Where would we be without out our bread makers indeed.
suoer card made with your Sarntangle stamps. hugs Mrs A.
