Hello there..........sun is shining this morning (rare event these days!)
so I'm sharing a couple of sunny fruity makes using Under My Umbrella.....
I found this fruity paper in my stash, double sided
so the plainer side is sooooo good for coordination and contrast.
I stamped and fussy cut the umbrellas and "sun", then stamped the handles on a white die cut,
once I'd worked out positioning......which could have been better :)
and added some gems.
Having lots of snippets (like you do) I wondered what the wellies would look like.....
used scraps for layers, die cut three white stitched rectangles,
then stamped the wellies AND flowers AND leaves on some more snippets, and fussy cut.
Those flowers and leaves are are tiny, but I love fussy cutting :)
The welly soles looked bland so I added blend pen to highlight

ReplyDeleteBrilliant card Lesley! Hate to admit I have SU's 'Weather Together' set of stamps and have never used it - bad me! I do love how the double sided papers co-ordinate so perfectly. And, many thanks for the latest catalogue - I keep forgetting to email you!
