I’m loving the SU Country Birdhouse, I’ve made quite a few things which I’ll share another day,
but today I’m sharing a couple of Christmas ones because there’s a couple of challenges to enter.
First card uses up one the wreaths I cut last year 🙄
I’ve used the Country Woods paper……love that too 😍,
added some glittery snow from Snippets and a “Robin”.

I love how you can create different birds just by colouring in accordingly.
The die set is fab for using up lots of snippets….offcuts used for the stand, shelf etc.
I had a few leftover copper foiled leaf embellishments from an old kit,
which I placed behind the house, then cut more leaves from the leftover foil.

ReplyDeleteLove the gold and the glitter for extra glitz. Yes - I really DO like the look of glitter - I just don’t like working with it!!! And I don’t like it shedding everywhere either!!!
On the card you can’t decide about the sentiment, why not place it on the robin like the middle card! It looks great there!

What a wonderful selection of Christmas cards Lesley! So cute - and I bet you had great fun playing around tweaking here and there. On the card where you couldn't decide where to place the sentiment I would leave it off altogether. The card is very Christmassy and works really well without any added wording - IMHO.
