Lift Me Up!

Hi there!
I needed a quick card,
this stamp set seemed apt, not had it out to play for a while.

Nice and simple, with a few snippets of white card stamped and die cut,
means I can enter the Snippets Playground yipee!

If you've no idea, click on the link and visit this fab blog for inspiration, prizes and more!

I need a lift.......my Dad's carers have given them 2 weeks notice as they can no longer provide him
their service due to staff shortages..........took so long to set up, and there's limited choice out there.
Carers have been overworked and underpaid for far too long.
It's about time they were valued for the service they provide.

On a positive note, we are doing a sponsored walk for Parkinsons UK,
and have been overwhelmed with support and donations.
So, every cloud..... :)
I have a Just Giving page if you feel able to donate anything.

Meantime enjoy the rest of your weekend,
may the sun shine for you wherever you are

  2. Up up in the sky with my beautiful balloon . . . will be singing that ALL DAY now . . . THANKS! Fun card.

SO sorry to hear the news about the carers for your dear old Dad. Never knew carers could give notice on their clients! You and your family must be devastated. Sending much love and hugs.

  5. Thanks Di. It was an afterthought but I think the post recently about the walk has a link on it for our Just Giving page xxx
