more vintage...

I am fast running out of this gorgeous paper series...
one of the free gifts....
circles from my newly acquired pennant die for the Big Shot,
and that cute cute cute ruffled ribbon....

Create....

A couple more to inspire......
love the soft colours of this one,
the trick of tying thread to make the butterfly antenna,
and a lush pearl to finish.....

Vintage

I still can't believe the amazing sale-a-bration deal with SU at the moment,
and this is part of the free designer series paper set.....
using the lovely new velvet ribbon, that you sadly can't feel on the pic!,
one of the die-cut labels, layered with another that I cut around, and the top layer is the small oval punch,
and of course the little butterfly, and some of those adorable pearls add the finishing touch.

Flooring is being laid in the new extension tomorrow yipee!!!!!
Hoping to start "moving- in" at the weekend...
so watch this space, because......
new craft room, here I come!
(might take me a while.....what with all those zillions of boxes to sort,
but I will try and keep you posted with the progress!)
Can you sense my excitement!

Super-Nan

Hi there!
I've been a bit side-tracked as usual!
Builders are still on the job, but we're nearly there.....
so meantime a few card pics to inspire......hopefully!
spice cake papers, gorgeous ruffled and crochet ribbon, and a few pearls....
simple layout, and enjoyed using the neutrals cardstock too...edible colours!

Snow blue...

I can't believe how many birthdays there are in January and February!
I'm struggling to keep up!,
and I'm now worried I've posted some pics before the recipients have opened their cards!
I know I'm safe with this one......
Got the idea for this at Training, but was eager to use a fave background stamp...
it's such an elegant french script, "En Francais",
and "Charming", in crumbcake and pool party.

choc ice

Well, I got up at 3am as usual,........ to feed the cat (!!! ),
and all was quiet....all was WHITE eeek,
6 inches of snow!
So I thought I'd show you this card for a nephew who's favourite pudding,
is .........anything with chocolate!
devotiontothedream blog, has a much better example of this novel way of using the "cupcakes"!
Hope you are all keeping warm!

Cupcakes

Am loving the cupcakes in the new mini catalogue!
spoilt myself as usual and got the stamp set and matching punch....
it is sooo versatile, and some clever people have thought of using it for
clouds, baskets, ice cream, ......
what can you see?
am loving the greetings too...
This next one was inspired by
Natalie O'Shea's brilliant Training day...

Instead of spritzing randomly, I used masking tape
to spritz the centre panel....
fast becoming another fave tool,
the spritzer is so easy to use with Stampin' write markers!

I hope you will pop by soon to see what the free gifts are like!
Spend £45 and you can choose from one of the gorgeous free products
during Stampin' Up! Sale-a-Bration!
Woohoo! Bargain!

Craft Room to be...

Standing in what is to become my new craft room.....
dreaming of how it will be....
after the builders have gone, the dust has settled, the walls painted....
someday soon I hope!
I will need lots of storage to keep it tidy of course!
and hopefully the wine rack will be filled too!
The plasterer kindly pointed out that his granddad had one of those lights!
hmmmm might have to change that too then!

boys n brads

Hope you are keeping warm 'n' crafting cozy!
sparkly brads and perfect postage helped with this one,
perfect for a boy's birthday
especially those like Jacob,
growing up fast!
