and just had to case it....

I think the jars are from Perfectly Preserved.

I used 'snowflakes' and 'sprinkles' from other sets

for the 'salt' n 'pepper'.

first we have a tree on the car roof... 

....then a deer....

and a polar bear......?!

ok, so, little things...made me laugh anyway!

a bit special...

Here's one I put a lot more elements into...

That's one of the great things about these sets from Stampin' Up!,

you can use some, or all of the stamps!

I fussy cut some of the embellishments.

I discovered I could do the mini wreaths

by using a hole punch for the centre,

and a slightly bigger circle punch for the outside.

Pretty Parcel

I just had to share this gorgeous gift wrapped so exquisitely

see the little bird made with SU bird punch?

That glimmer paper is sooooo sparkly,

the ribbon so elegant,

and the washi tape and paper are divine.

Another one for under the tree!

Sunday Special

Today I'm sharing Jan's swap and make n take....

first.... her make n take

A lovely square card,

and bless her, she'd cut out those pesky pine cones...

Obviously we had to add glitter....and gems!

As for her swap.....

play day swaps

We had another play day recently,

just three of us this time.

Here's Liz's swap

a gorgeous christmas pud tag

with lots of little details covered in a glaze.

So cute, and attached to a gift which is going under the tree.

Liz's make n take was the gorgeous Sarndangle we made for Rudolph day

stamping on candles

We did some candle decorating in class

by stamping on tissue paper.....

cutting it out......

wrapping it in greaseproof paper,

then heating it with a heat gun,

to melt the tissue into the wax.

We then made a box using the gift box board

Here's the inside of the gift card holder prototype

You can cut the slot using a die.

You can make notches to form a closure,

using a punch, or the envelope board
