take some yarn....

..........take some yarn, or string, wrap it around a clear block,
ink it up, and what do you get?
A super background!
I need a bit more practice, but this was a lot of fun!
We then stamped the leaves, added the flowers,
all without the safety net of our stamp-a-ma-jig!
(well I might have cheated lol)
Liz brought us this gem (check her's out- it's better and so is the photo!).

    I like yours better than mine! I think I needed more practice but I really thought the string around the block was a great idea.
