Happy Christmas

Happy Christmas everyone!

I made this for my beloved....

I looked at the waste from the die cut heart.........
thought maybe use the 'bits' in a shaker card or something....
or I could throw it away eeeek!

But also decided I could ink through the shape........
I like the raggedy edge.......do you?

I then added 'the world' from Going Global
.....this will be a favourite in the new year I have no doubt.

Edited to add:
Crept off for a play on the swings at the

I'll share a few more swaps.....
in case you get to put your feet up?!

  3. It's a beautiful card & your DH will love it. Sentiments are just perfect. I always love seeing how 'bits' are recycled for other uses, and this is a very clever & attractive one. I DO like the edges...well done! Also enjoyed seeing the other pretty cards you've shared. Merry Christmas. Hope it's been a wonderful day at your house. Hugs
