I found it fiddly at first, but you soon get the hang and it's a teeny bit addictive.
Not an expert at tiling, but you can arrange the 3cm x 1cm strips in many ways.
I glued mine to a piece of copy paper first, then glued the trimmed piece to my card.
My tips are arrange a few before gluing, so you get an idea of what design you'd like,
leave small gaps between the snippets, and start with a piece of paper larger then you require,

Great bit of tiling for your background. Seems to be the 'in' thing 'cos I've made a tiled background too this time though not as elaborate as yours.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful tiling and it took me a moment to spot the fruit!! Being a bit slow this morning. Hugs Mrs A.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness me, I think you must have the patience of a saint! The result is AWESOME though!
