Here's my first attempt.....
punched a heart from scrap, making a stencil,
inked through it, then stamped.
But I wasn't happy with the layout.....so
take 2, with the aid of my stamp-a-ma-jig
Matted it onto matching card, added a rhinestone.
The Bloom with Hope and World of Dreams stamp sets could be my latest favourites.

No isn't it funny Lesley - I couldn't see how your first card could be improved - until I scrolled down and saw 'Take 2'!! I love both cards but the second one does have the edge. Both are beautiful and great to see the before and after versions.
