Another Pinwheel

Here's a pinwheel card I did as my make n take at a team day a while back.
I thought it was a suitable card for anyone,
but in this case I hoped it made my brother-in-law smile.


Sunshine & Sprinkles paper again from Stampin' Up!
A touch of ribbon and a brad as finishing touches.
