Special Lady

Hello!
I don't know if you've noticed, but I haven't posted as often lately.....
no? how very dare you! lol
Well, I've had a horrible cold, and I still feel below par,
but I've soldiered on, like you do....
ok, you can stop the 'air violins' now thank you!

Anyhow, I had to show you what I made for a very special lady...my M-I-L....
She's the best!

If you only like clean and simple..LOOK AWAY NOW!
Sometimes I just can't help myself...sorry!

I used the Six-sided Sampler stamp set from Stampin Up!
(that's a bit of a mouthful!)
The Hexagon punch saves on the cutting out, and gives a much neater finish.
Spot the silver glimmer paper?
Doily, flowers, itty bitty punched flowers and dinky heart, (from the owl punch), plus Rhinestones,
all mounted on Melon Mambo cardstock, with a Gingham Garden paper border.

I hope to be back a bit more often, so I look forward to seeing you soon!

  2. Wondered why you'd been so quiet . . . assumed it was because you were BUSY! Sorry to hear you've been feeling so rough Lesley. Some colds are just worse than others aren't they - this one's definitely outstayed it's welcome hasn't it!

Hope you feel better soon. I see you've still managed to make a lovely card though!

    Hugs
