Swirly Christmas

There seems to be lots of Christmas crafting going on lately,
so I'm sharing some ideas to inspire you to get ahead with yours.

Used the Swirly Scribbles to make a wreath,
the two greens create a shadow and more depth.
Sequins represent berries, some dinky twinky stars for more sparkle,
and a bit of cross stitching in the corner,
which was an idea from the OnStage event in Telford.

I would do square cards more often, but often follow the standard rectangle,
which fits standard envelopes.

I have another to share soon that was inspired by my talented teamie Ros,
and I was going to enter in a challenge,
but guess what? it was last month, so a tad late!

Enjoy your day
Lesley

  5. Oh my! A month behind on the challenge. I'm glad I'm not the only one that gets around to something that much later. I like your swirls as a wreath and the cross stitching. Very nifty. Sometimes, I put square cards into rectangular envelopes to fool the post office.

  6. Now that really is effective. I love the sequins for berries and the cross stiching in the corner gives a nice finishing touch to your card. Hugs Mrs A.
