Happy Bank Holiday if you are in the UK.
Very Hot and Humid here,
hope all is well wherever you are.
Well I shouldn't make promises I can't keep, I'm late posting again,
but hey ho all part of life's rich tapestry!
I'm here to share some more of that Spirelli I told you about on Rudolph Day.
I didn't realise how many things it encompasses......it includes String Art (hammer in nails),
and Embroidery on card.......anything with thread, twine or string,
through holes, around notches, around brads etc.......
The top one is for a male card maybe, I just played with the geometry spirelli makes,
looks good with glittery thread too, and the bottom left is one made by a lady who even did
a mini spirelli in the centre of the bauble/wreath!
At the top of this picture, are a couple more samples I made, left it's just wound horizontally,
and the right hand one is another pinterest inspired one (aren't they all sometimes!),
this was a favourite....nice and simple...
The top picture is a card I received from lovely Brenda,
she inspired my class, and also inspired the people in her Craft Club in HIgh Halden.
The bottom one is the one she made in class!
Her mojo was on fire on this one!
She chose blue background, which I wouldn't have thought of, rolled back the paper,
made slits in the corner to spirelli a pattern. added rhinestones and her centrepiece.
Top of the Class Brenda!
I hope you have a wonderful week.......
and go on...try some spirelli...or just "google" it to see what's out there!
Happy Crafting
