Hi crafty friends, I’ve managed a couple more Christmas cards,
inspired by some blog challenges.
I tried my brayer on the embossing folder, not totally successful…bit patchy.
I cut a mask so I could tier the single tree to make a taller one.
I altered the die cut shape, by moving it and cutting off the top.
Added some ribbon to reflect the sketch challenges, and some adhesive gems. Coloured with Blender pens
The next one I used a blending brush to add some ink to the embossing.
I fussy cut 3 trees to make one taller one…..(which do you prefer?)
Here’s what I used
Added some “grounding” ink
Below you can see the single small tree…..too small imho.
I used lots of white snippets for the mice, trees and greeting, and a blue snippet for the first mat.
Challenges entered:
{BYSHC} Sketch Challenge 34, , (ribbon acts as divide)
Inkspirational Challenge #291 - SEASONAL (winter, Xmas)
Peace On Earth Challenge #41 (tree)
Last but not least
Pixies Snippets Playground Challenge #455 (lots of snippets used)
Thanks for stopping by, I really appreciate your visits and comments.
