Flight and Airy

 Hello, hope all is well with you and yours.

January can be a difficult month, and I am feeling the blues more than usual.

Although, the couple of sunshine days have improved my mood!

So, with spring in mind….

Stampin’ Up! have their sale a bration on, where you can claim a free gift with every £45 spend.

The flight and airy paper is one of them…..

So pretty, and suitable for fussy cutting.

I’ve paired it with soft sea foam, and various dies.

Spring Garden

 Hello friends!

My tip for today, is check your blog comments….

...I found some more in “spam”….I sometimes forget to check.

I’m back to share a never before used set, that I’m very much enjoying, from Alex Syberia.

I got the Spring Garden stamp, stencils and dies.

Here’s some blue versions…

Card 1

Background is an old stencil

Card 2

Background is an SU die

Card 3

I didn’t die cut the flowers, instead made a mask to stencil the background.

Used Lost lagoon, a teal colour, navy, green, and added some flat iridescent gems.

I’m entering the following challenges

Colour Hues, blue & navy (1 with neutral grey)

Colour Throwdown blue, olive, ivory (2)

Colourful options blue lagoon (1)

Just Us Girls, teal, navy, green (3)

My NBUS never before used schtuff

Cats and dogs

 I needed a quick card for a dog lover…

Similar idea to this one…..(8th October)…..

More cats, when I was making baubles….

This came about because of accidents….

I messed up inking the stencil, so added another,

and the sentiment hid a smudge too.

I quite liked it though, so maybe I should mess up more!

Santa hats

 Happy New Year!

I had some new Dies from Gummiapan, which I’m itching to play with,

however I’ve only had chance for this one so far….

A merry line of Santa hats….

I made it complicated 🙄 by fussy cutting cardstock to layer onto the hats.

I could have coloured them instead, but hey ho, or should I say ho ho ho 😂

52 Christmas card Throwdown wants clean and simple,

and Time Out Challenge #254 wants “New”,

and this is definitely a new die.
