Pyramids but not in Egypt....

These are pyramid or teepee cards
(there might even be other names,
if so, please share)

It's a fancy fold that's been out there for a while

On the right a delightful make by Bridget Metcalf

On the left a male themed version

I did a class and featured a few different styles/ideas
the globe acts as a 'closure' to hold it together when standing up

I discovered a tri-colour version.....
take 3 squares of different colours

score each one down the centre

place them down, against the score lines

in an over and under fashion

fold score lines to form the pyramid,
tucking the last panel under

so you end up with a panel of each colour

so you end up with one like the right hand one

This little one was by Jan Twinks
who was inspired by the you tube video of Kim Fee

Enjoy your weekend,
I know I will,......
I'm doing something really special.
I hope to share some of  the results next week......
