Yes, I know I'm late.....this should have been posted on 25th of the month,
but luckily we are allowed to post up to the end of the month for the
Rudolph Day Challenge
Thank goodness I was having a quick hop around blogs whilst in bed this morning,
otherwise I probably would have missed it all together,
and I would NOT have been a happy bunny!
Anyway, here it is, my entry, designed by Ros Maggs, cardmaker extraordinair,
who ran a class for me recently, and I think she found this idea on pinterest (who doesn't?)

It uses the Window Box Thinlits....."really" I hear you ask?
.....oh yes....it comes with lots and lots of adorable elements
like what I used on my Mother's Day boxes.
To make this you die cut the candles 3 times, then layer paper behind the apertures.
Would you believe this is Rich Razzleberry card, with gold candles,
and red and green paper strips laid horizontally.
Hopefully you will stamp a sentiment better than I did :)
I liked it so much I made another!
This time for a birthday card....because you can!

This time I used snippets of the glimmer paper you could get for free
(I think it's sold out now, but you have until 31st to get a free gift with qualifying purchase)
I painstakingly laid strip of paper individually, vertically behind each candle stem,
and a strip of gold horizontally behind the flames.
So, I might just have to see if anyone's in the
as I haven't been to play for absoultely ages!
Do pop over to both these blogs, it's worth it to see all the lovely makes.
Have a good week
Lesley
