Hello, I’m back with another cat card…….another old favourite…
I’m loving playing with these adorable wooden stamps.
I subtly coloured it in (honest)……added some sparkly paper, and snowflakes…
(gutted the rectangle piece with snowflakes die, waste not, want not 😃)
Then I stamped the sentiment in balmy blue……too pale, so I stamped it again…..too fuzzy because I miss lined it….so stamped in navy over the top…….sorted!
There’s a new challenge over at the Snippets Playground,
(The white and blue layers were snippets, and the snowflakes were snippets from snippets)
Jingle bells rock is ‘creatures’
Happy Little stampers, anything goes
and still time to enter at the Christmas Kickstart Challenge, (cat lovers)
in memory of Janis Woolbright
I believe it’s America’s cat day today too 😃

ReplyDeleteA gorgeous image - love PB creatures, they are always super. A great card, snippets used and I like the shadow effect with the sentiment - even if was a sort of 'accident' 🤣🤣
ReplyDeleteI love this image and your card. Di from Pixie's Snippets also used this stamp and oh how I do wish I had the stamp. I told Di that I actually remember making snowflakes out of paper when I was a kid. It was so much fun. If your card wants to come live in the USA I'd be happy to trade one of my cards. [Bunny]

ReplyDeleteGreat card Lesley - that's one of my favourite PB Christmas stamps. I used mine for Kickstart too and to be honest had almost forgotten what a delight rubber wood mounted stamps are to use! No second chances, although I suppose the SU alignment tool would still be handy.
