Things with Wings for Allsorts

 I’m delighted to be invited to make a card today as a guest designer for the

Allsorts challenge #845 “Things with Wings”

(Or anything goes)

There’s a wonderful prize on offer.

I recently acquired a new set from Stampin’ Up!  called “Cutest Crew”

It has stamps and dies, featuring little birds, dogs and cats.

I started by stamping the bird group, colouring some parts, then die cutting the teeny dies to go on top…

I’ve been trying to use my embossing folders,

 so here is one of the SU “Heirloom Frames”, which also has dies,

and the background foliage is SU “Greenery”, which has two slim designs.

I placed some tiny foam pads to lift the birds wings, and added some twine.

I debated adding some bling, but nothing seemed to work, so I went with the CAS look.
