play days happy days

I'm going to share swaps and make n takes from recent play days.
The narrative may be short n sweet,
but times short, and it's the inspiration you want mostly,
so here goes.....

The tree was made with the punch, altho it should have been a pompom!
More on that another day, or maybe Playtime Postings will reveal all.....

Pictogram Punch perfect

How cute is this little envelope from Liz,
with the button and tag adding detail.
Just shows that all small packages.....

Liz also helped us make this lovely window blind effect card.
She had us ripping eeek!, but with a template,
so it was 'controlled tearing' lol

We pierced above the rolled up blind to thread the twine through,
and added the cute tag above the flower pot from Pictogram Punches.

I hope your week is going well

Die cuts and Punches

I'm back!
I doubt if you are blogging right now if you are in the UK,
coz I expect you are gloooood to the tele awaiting the election results?!
But I'm half watching lol.

So here's one I made using some framelits (dies),
stamps and Punch (the smallest stars)

This second picture is much better, must be the light.
This is a simple male one.
(the card is simple, not my friend!)

I'm also linking this to the Happy Little Stamper
challenge ...using die cuts and punches funnily enough!

Let's hope we get a good result for the country tonight!
Meanwhile, sleep tight!

you're a star

Another one that slipped the net in my blogging
(I think! but please excuse if it's a repeat)

Pictogram punches stamp and flower patch
combine for a look of fireworks
(well, that was my plan anyway!)

Relax and enjoy, it's Sunday!

Big News

I was lucky to get this stamp set as a reward.
I often choose something I wouldn't normally order, when it's free,
and it often turns out to be a favourite set,
how bizarre is that?!
This is no exception!

It's perfect for kids, male cards and much more.
Being BIG, it needs little else.
However, I like to come up with something more!
I wanted to make a 'Dad' with the candles,
but used the moons from Pictogram Punches to give  the D curves.

I heat embossed most of it,
added a bit of gold to the stars,
and fussy cut a lot!
A simple stamped insert finishes it off.

Wednesday already!
Have a good day,
thanks for looking

Happy Poppy Day

Happy Remembrance Sunday
We should always remember

Here's Jan and I sporting our fab hand made felt poppies

Now to share my swaps for a recent
 Stampin' Up!
gathering of lots of lovely friends.
I love being part of the Stampin' Stars Team

I hope you like my little 'Rocker Card'
made in 3 colourways

here's a 'pride' of them !?!.......

I added linen thread whiskers
and made 'springs' for the cat's heads

fold or glue two strips at right angles

fold the underneath one over the top of the other

repeat until you have the desired length

 trim off any excess

 here's a bird's eye view

I hope you are having a lovely Sunday

Pictogram Punches for a Star

I love this little set, and it's perfect for male cards.

This was for a lovely friend living in Spain,
whom we don't get to see as often as we'd like.

I decoupaged the moon and some stars,
(a couple 'hung' on white bakers twine)
and added some random candy dots to coordinate.

Simple, but I liked this one, with it's white space,
and crisp colours.

Do let me know what you think!

I had a fantastic day today with some
Stampin' Up! play mates!
I will have lots to share with you soon.

Be sure to stop by again for some more,
it's lovely to have your company.

wishing you well

Hiya, if any of you are feeling poorly,
or just a bit under the weather, this one's for you.

I love this new SU stamp set Pictogram Punches.
It is going to be sooooo useful.

I fussy cut the vase, to decoupage it, using foam pads.
Luckily there is a fab little Itty Punch for the flower....
soooo cute!, so I did the same with them,
and added rhinestones to the centres.

Lots of snippets used here again,
so I'm off to play in the Snippets Playground.

Pictogram Punches

I love being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator,
because I get to see and order products before they go public,
and I get chance to earn lots of extras to feed my 'habit'!

Here's my first order from the new Annual Catalogue
I was feeling a bit blue, but this arrived to cheer me up!

Thank you to all of my lovely loyal friends and customers and blog followers:

That sentiment says it all.

I sent this card to a special someone who was there when I needed her.
It was a great opportunity to try out a new stamp set!
Pictogram Punches.
The background was inked through one of our new Stencils!

Check out all the other goodies by going to my
Shop Now button top right.

Hope alls well with you
