Gift Bag

I made some gifts for some of the family

wrapped in cellophane and tied with a big bow

dangling charms hang from the handle

it's held together with small hidden magnets

inside, little envelopes held stamps

box inserts held chocolates,

a box of tealights

and some thank you cards

Enjoy your evening
and I'd like to wish you a
VERY
Happy and Healthy
New Year!

Welsh cake

It's one of my Great Nephew's Birthday, they live in North Wales,
but luckily speak both languages, because I confess I struggle with welsh.

The colour in the photo is rubbish...its actually a lovely tartan,
with a gold stitched frame and a gold 'winked' cake,
(wink of stella)
and that cable knit embossing folder.

It was simple, due to shortage of time, but I decorated inside and envelope.
They all play golf, so it was meant to look a bit golf jumper like.....

Traveler's Birthday

Birthday for a man friend...
sponge-rollered (is that a word?) the embossing folder,
then sponged-rollered (it is now lol) some more...

cased from somewhere...(get it?!)

tried a better photo....cept it's worse lol

close- up of the passport...was quite pleased with that...
I decoupaged some pages, stuck ickle foam pads under, inked around edges, voila...

last of the xmas cards...maybe

Hiya
I found a few pics I haven't shared yet,
at least I couldn't find the on my blog...
so apologies if you've seen them already.

I used the shiny speciality vellum behind the cut-out

both these had a tiny glittery heart on their heart

They were more I did in a workshop for a local WI group,

Here's a pic of all their projects

I think that's all of this years xmas cards now.......unless I find some more lol

Stitched Frames

A change from christmas, as some people have birthdays,
it's not all about the festive season.

I used the new stitched framelits,
and cased it directly from the Stampin' Up! catalogue.
Did you know you could do that?
That's what the lovely catalogues are for,
as well as for drooling over obviously!
