Home from home in a motor home

A lovely friend bought me this fabulous set,

which I took away on a trip recently, as I couldn't wait to try it out.

It has lots of elements for scene building........

this is meant to show us on the road, with the hills in the background.

There's lots of bits that lend itself to decoupage and mounting on foam pads.

I gave this as a thankyou to the wardens on site.

Hope you enjoy the weekend, whatever you do, whatever the weather.

Snow in spring for Rudolph Day

Hi there, Rudolph Day again....25th of April.....and a chance to catch up with christmas cards!

I paired this cute snowman with New Horizons paper.
I left a gap between the papers to stamp the greeting.
I fussy cut him, and his snowballs, and stamped a flock of birds.

I then made an all white card using some cute rabbit friends,
all stamped directly.

I added some gems and snowy ground, winked with some glitter.

Did you see the teeny birds on his twiggy hands?
The set from a friend has lots of individual images for scene building.

Hopefully I'll see you over at the Rudolph Day Challenge!

On The Horizon

I have been loving the On The Horizon Bundle, which sadly will retire soon.

The papers are fabulous for creating backgrounds of all kinds.

Use the whole 6" x 6" sheets, partial, cut into four, and use any offcuts for
die cutting or decorating inside or on your envelopes

Above shows work in progress, I've stamped on the paper, and added die cuts.
Below I added an extra panel to fit a standard card base.

A Good Man Very Versailles

Hello
I'm here with one for the boys.........

A Good Man, with Very Versailles for the "tree".
I used various browns on cream for this one,
using up some old papers.
A few copper enamel stars complete the scene.

As I used snippets of cream and brown card, and an old piece of DSP (designer series paper),
all die cut with stitched rectangles and a square, I’m skipping over to the Snippets Playground Challenge.
Do join in the fun up in the treehouse HERE.

Hope you have a relaxing day

Mischievous Mouse

Inspired by Emma Goddard, who does an online Card & a Cuppa.

I love this layout idea that can use any paper and any image or focal point

Mischievous Mice is a very cute set, great for all ages.
I used a ribbon maker (like a large comb) to tie the double bow,
and left long tails.

A few enamel dots are the finishing touch.

Happy Easter!

In Safari disable "Prevent cross-site tracking" to see if that fixes the issue.

Berry Best

I just love these fruity stamp sets, and chose the blueberries here.

Another design inspired by Emma Goddard.

Stamped and fussy cut the berries, stamped the die cut background.

Sentiment was embossed with white on black, and rhinestones and twine decorate to finish.

Birds of a feather....

Another card inspired by Emma Goddard https://www.coastalcrafter.com/

Rainbows cut from Snippets of card using oval dies,
Therefore it’s a chance to enter the Snippets Playground Challenge.

Paper was also snippets, as were the paper scraps used for the clouds :)

Birds stamped coloured with blends and fussy cut.

Sentiment stamped directly onto the paper, bow and rhinestones add finishing touch.

Do visit Emma’s blog, and the Snippets Playground for inspiration.

Give Us a Whirl Otters

We played with the Give It A Whirl dies at a recent class.

It works really easily with all the die cut shapes fitting perfectly.

You can choose the apertures, and stamp on the wheel,
so the images can be revealed in the window when the wheel is spun.

It’s fun for all ages, and the die set has numerous options for all sorts of projects.

Have a good weekend
