One of my classes recently covered this fun technique
reminiscent of school days.
Ingredients: Black Card, White Craft Ink, Stamps, Pencils.
The 'Thanks' was simply stamped, filled in with a White Chalk Pen,
and coloured in over the top when dry, with coloured pencils.
I love colouring in!
This one was created by getting out lots of greetings,
stamping them in a square shape,
and adding faux stitching to frame it all.
The trend is to make smudges of ink to imitate a chalk board.
This 'easel' card was created by using Crumb Cake card,
stamped with Woodgrain, chomping out the middle bottom
with a punch to create the 'legs'
Stamp and emboss with white powder, and you can then
colour over the embossed parts with alcohol pens.
This was my favourite technique.
Do it in really bright colours, and add matching bunting,
hung with baker's twine.
I'm really sorry I didn't take note of the designer's I cased these from,
but I'm sure you can find them on Pinterest.
This is such a fun technique, for children of all ages!
