Golden Afternoon

Golden Afternoon is a lovely detailed stamp set, perfect for all occasions.

Sympathy cards were sadly required so here;s what I made...

Inspired by Vicky Hayes (CraftingClaire), 

I kept them simple, but used die cuts for interest.

Here the stitched rectangle was cut after stamping, then raised on foam pads.

I added an enamel heart to the sentiment.

For this one I added colour to the circle after cutting it out, then set it back in.

(A version of the Spotlight technique)

I added stamping on the envelope and inside.

Perfect for the moments you can't put into words.
Thoughts are with you if you are missing a loved one.

Distinktive Stamps by Stampin' Up!

Never nice to have to make one of these cards,

but Heartfelt Blooms is a nice stamp to use.

One of the "Distinktive" photographic type stamps

Can you see the clear raindrop and dewdrops?

I used a Dauber to ink the stamp with different colours
