CAS colours challenge

I love my new Sprinkles of Life stamp set from Stampin' Up!,

it's the new charity stamp where a percentage goes to RMHC

It cried out to be used on the CAS Colour Challenge

using these new In Colours:

I chose this simple white one layer design

I initially layered it up as follows, before I realised the challenge

calls for few layers and white space.

I also did a double leaf canopy.....I love experimenting with new stuff!

Sheltering Tree

I used this stamp set Sheltering Tree from Stampin' Up!

to make a sympathy card.

The 'brush stroke' is the 'grass'

I added a few 'leaves' to the grass.

I used the tiny 'splodges' to make the 'leaves',

as I find the bigger group of splodges is a bit too blousy sometimes?

I liked it, so made another.

Bookmarks

I just HAD to get some of the new Dotted Lace Trim Ribbon 

(Page 159 of the new Catalogue)

It is like what you'd find on the most luxurious lingerie,
and drapes divinely.

I made some bookmarks to go inside the new catalogues,

to show off the new In Colours

I attached a snippet of the new Trim,

and used snippets of Whisper White card and Linen Thread

I think I should fly by the Snippets Playground to see what they are up to!

Only One more sleep!

So excited that our new annual Stampin' Up! catalogue launches tomorrow!

It's full of lovely products, and some gorgeous new 'In Colours'

As a Demonstrator, we get to order some preview products.

I love how that tin looks so 3-D on the catalogue cover, it looks real!

I did HAVE to get the new In Colour ink pads,

the Charity stamp set, and that tree punch!
